TEHRAN (Asremrooz): for many years Hollywood has tried to keep alive fear and insecurity in people’s heart in order to provide an excuse for attacking other countries. The U.S. convinces Americans that if they do not attack to Muslim’s countries, in future they will attack us.
Hence the fear and insecurity take place in people’s hearts; they will do anything for their own safety. This purpose has been followed by producing some movies as well as serials such as 24 and computer games like call of duty show in which Russia with nuclear bombs attacks The U.S. and destroys half of it.
This policy has been clearly seen in American’s officials’ policy when they were targeting twin towers and killed many innocent people. Then, they attacked Afghanistan and Iraq. Therefore insecurity is an advantage for American’s officials for reaching their purposes.
The White House Down is an insecurity project produced by Roland Emmerich. It costs 150 million $ and will be released on July 8th this year. Roland Emmerich,58, has directed some movies including Independence day , Godzilla and 2012.
Channing Tatum as John Cale , Jamie Foxx as the American’s president and Maggie Gyllenhaal as a security service member have portrayed.
Storyline
Capitol Policeman John Cale has just been denied his dream job with the Secret Service of protecting President James Sawyer. Not wanting to let down his little girl with the news, he takes her on a tour of the White House, when the complex is overtaken by a heavily armed paramilitary group. Now, with the nation's government falling into chaos and time running out, it's up to Cale to save the president, his daughter, and the country.
