Lake Urmia sludge useful for psychosomatic disorders
Lake Urmia sludge can be used for treatment of many diseases, including psychosomatic disorders, said a faculty member of Neurosurgery Department of Tabriz Medical Sciences University, northwestern Iran.

TEHRAN (Asremrooz):"Color, sulfate, sulfur, radioactive, iodine and iron in the Lake Urmia sludge which are regarded as medical and therapy sources prove effective in treatment of many diseases," he told ISNA.
The sludge is used for many diseases such as skin problems, rheumatic, psychosomatic diseases, gynecological, pelvic inflammatory, menstrual disorders and many other diseases, he said.
The material and salt of the lake can also be used as a natural moisturizing cream
