According to this report, since Mohammad Khatami was not present in inauguration caused Yaser Hashemi in behalf of his brother and sister who were active in the sedition occurred in 1388 complained and mentioned it as one of the its shortcoming.
According to Asremrooz, a person who stands against the system must not be present in such an important event although some who had role in sedition occurred in 1388 including Effat Marashi were present.
