TEHRAN (Asremrooz):“We accept their concerns and are ready to ease their concerns using the international conventions, regulations, treaties, and mechanisms recognized by the international community,” Ali Akbar Salehi said in an interview with IRNA published on Friday.

He also said, “Our principles have not changed and we have always demanded our rights under the nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty and the statute of the (UN nuclear) agency, and we also adhere to our commitments.

“But, we have accepted another principle to help find a solution to the issue. Although we know that the nuclear dossier is fabricated and they also know that we are not pursuing unpeaceful activities… we are seeking to find a solution to the issue.”

He went on to say that in future talks between Tehran and the International Atomic Energy Agency, Iranian negotiators will try to help find a “win-win solution” to the issue.

Elsewhere in his remarks, Salehi said that Iran’s new ambassador to the IAEA, Reza Najafi, would represent Iran in a new round of talks with the UN nuclear watchdog which is scheduled to be held in Vienna on September 27.

The meeting will be the 11th round of discussions between the two sides since early 2012.

Iran and the IAEA last met in May, without achieving a breakthrough that would allow the UN agency to resume further investigation into Iran’s nuclear activities.

The Iran-IAEA discussions are separate from, but still closely linked to, broader negotiations between Tehran and six world powers aimed at an overall political solution to the dispute over Iran’s nuclear program, which the West claims may be geared to developing nuclear weapons.

Iran says it is enriching uranium only to fuel nuclear power stations, and for medical purposes.

The IAEA has called on Iran to sign and implement a structured approach document to resolve the outstanding issues.
