Jailbreak form Mismanagement by Changing Constitution

TEHRAN (Asremrooz): changing constitution has been spread for long time. Economy and various problems created by mismanagement have led to change in constitution.
It seems that Imbalance in energy market, household budget, banking system and labor market are some problems created by mismanagement and there are not referred to economic laws.
According to this report, noticing public to individual mangment caused various problems is more necessary than criticizing constitution.
Since changing constitution will not be done by officials or system lonely, it is necessary to investigate approaches of changing constitution.
Reviewing constitution process
• Recognizing the necessity of reviewing
• The supreme leader consultation with the Expediency Council
• The supreme leader ‘s addressing to the president in regard of the suggested case
• Participating Reviewing Council including Guardian Council’s members, heads of three branches, Expediency Council’s members ,five members of the assembly of Expert leader, 10 selected individuals by the supreme leader, three members of government, 10 members of representatives, three members of academics, three members of judiciary
• Reviewing ,editing and approving mentioned case in the Central Council
• Approvals and endorsement by the supreme leader
• Holding referendum for approval of revision approved by the majority of voters
It is not clear that why some believed that they can change the constitution following new government. On the other hand if changing the constitution can solve the problem, definitely the supreme leader will do it.
