He was born in Neyshaboor and he also was one of Mehdi Akhavan Thaleth who always admires him.Mohammad Reza Shafiei Kadkani who was born in 1939 is a Persian writer, poet, literary critic, editor, and translator.He was Born in Kadkan region, Nishaboor, Razavi Khorasan, Shafiei-Kadkani spent elementary and Junior high school in Mashahd but he never studied in school. His father thought him Arabic Literature and language and Fegh. He and his classmate Ayat-Allah Khamenei were under supervision of Ayat Allah Milani. He was graduated from Tehran University with a doctorate degree in Persian literature. He was a student of prominent figures as Badiozzaman Forouzanfar, Mohammad Moin, and Parviz Natel-Khanlari.He is considered as Akhavan Thaleth’s close friend and he is interested in his poetries. Dr. Kadkani left Iran to the United State in September 5th 1388 and went to Preston University for an opportunity of studying. He also concentrates on Iranian and Islamic culture and has paid attention to western culture and literature recreantly. His book about articles and imagination indicate that he knows very well about Persian and Arabic literature, rhymes and poetry.He is currently professor of literature at Tehran University. Shafiei-Kadkani is known for his works on literary criticism and modern Persian poetry.He began writing poetry in classic style but after a time he turned to new poetry and gradually he recites Nimaei poetry style. Shafiei’s art works can be classified in two groups including his poetries and critique group. His critique group consists of correction of Persian Classic works and writing literature articles. Some sites have addressed this issue in a survey and also some of them have written comments about this military organization in the community.Promotion of virtue and prevention of vice is one of the main issues in Islam principals and Islamic Society. Subject of Promotion of virtue and prevention of vice has expressed in holy Quran completely. It has been mentioned after pray and fast as one of the obligatory principals in the holy Quran.In order to importance of Promotion of virtue and prevention of vice, Imam Khomeini in his first speech in Qom said “we will establish the ministry of Promotion of virtue and prevention of vice so it become one of the major issue in Iran’s constitution.The 8th article on Iran Constitution points to Promotion of virtue and prevention of vice principal and according to that Moral police is considered as a legal act.According to the text of 8th article in Islamic Republic of Iran Promotion of virtue and prevention of vice is considered as all’s duty including people and government. To be continued, it is pointed to Tobeh Surah, 71th verse; Allah has said faithful women and men Promote of virtue and prevente of vice”.Therefore, since Promotion of virtue and prevention of vice is one of the Muslim’s duty and it is mentioned in the Iran’s constitution, it is considered as of the main Police’ duty. It is not true to say that Police force is at the end stage while there are not any cultural programs.When cinema spreads incorrect culture and Bad-Hijab and there is not any control on students in universities how we expect to consider Police force as the last stage. While there is not any cultural program, the best way for controlling Bad- hijab is police.Moral Police is considered legal not only by8th article in Iran‘s Constitution but also avoid crime because Bad- Hijab is considered crime in Iran and police have to fight against t crime. Of course it is not being denied that sometimes the moral police’s behaviors are not appropriate but there is always mistake in all organization and institution. We have to try to reduce these problems and indicate appropriate pattern for hijab for women in the community.On the other hand, the holy prophet of Islam has stated “a guilty individual among people is considered as a passenger in the ship who is going to sink it by an ax. Other protest and he said “I am just making hole in my own space. Obviously if others do not stand against him, all passengers will be sunk”.Therefore we have to control who are guilty in order to prevent society sinking. Therefore Iranian actors participate in public in inappropriate clothes.Unfortunately, neither Culture nor Guidance ministry nor the police does not interact well with each other in order to control these un-cultural behaviors. It can be seen that if a person participate in the public with inappropriate clothes, Moral police will control her but an actress can appear in the society with inappropriate clothes. Unfortunately, Iran’s cinema has become an exhibition for displaying mannequins. They are actors because of their beautiful face not for portraying in their movies. One of the reasons that Iran movies have not improved in the world is that some Iranian directors look for actors with beautiful face instead discover new talents in order to sell their movies in low quality.These Iranian representatives not only in Iran but also in other countries appear inappropriate clothes and it is controlled by officials. Whenever they travel abroad to participate in various festivals Iranian actors appear inappropriately and sometimes medium criticize them.Why Iranian officials do not have any supervise for these behaviors and they have not replied. We hope that Mr. Jannati, the new Culture and Guidance Minister, can solve this problem and get appropriate approach against these behaviors. He has said that “ I do not intend to talk about this subject because he has sung this song for a woman whose sprit has been commendable in resent year”.Ali Reza Eftekhari is a popular singer who has created many memories in people’s mind. His awesome song has been published in 70 decades and they were completed in 80 decades. It is possible to consider him as one of the best singers in Iran. It is better to consider this act as misunderstanding and try to introduce Nasrin Sotudeh for him.As Nasrin Sotoudeh said she was born in a religious family. After completing her degree in international law from the university, Sotoudeh took and passed the bar exam successfully in 1995 but because of her act against National security she did not earn her lawyer credential. In 1995 at the age of 32 she took the Bar (Kanoon Vokala) exam and earned her lawyers credentials by Farideh Gheirat’s helping and Khatami’s liberal government.When she earned her lawyer credential she worked on the first anti-security case for Roya Tolouei. She created tension against Islamic system in serial killing term. On the other hand, she provided a pamphlet titled political offenders –read security offenders in order to escape from her insult to security system.She was appreciated by American officials in 2008 and Human right award was dedicated to her in Italy. Following the sedition and arresting anti-revolution members connected to MKO including Arash Rahmanipoor and Zahra Bahrami, she tried to help them as Shirin Ebadi ordered her.Some of the MKo terrorist members have confessed after they arrested that Sotoudeh had trained them how they can escape. She also had main role in American-Israeli sedition.Also, Sotoudeh was received Sakharof Prize in 2012 and then said “ I dedicated this prize to all Iranian political prisoners and follower of other religions including Christian and Baha’i.On the other hand, one of Iranian enemies Hillary Clinton, American foreign affair minster published a declaration and congratulated her and Jafar Panahi in order to receive Sakhrof Prize. He added that the Tadbir satellite is equipped with more advanced navigation systems and higher resolution cameras compared with the Navid (Promise) satellite which was also sent into orbit by the university in 2012. He also commented on the Zafar (Victory) satellite, saying that this satellite will be sent into orbit aboard the Simorgh carrier sometime next year.Iran launched its first satellite, called the Omid (Hope), in February 2009. The Rasad (Observation) satellite was also sent into orbit in June 2011.In February 2012, Iran successfully put its third domestically manufactured satellite, named the Navid, into orbit and received the first image sent by it a few days later.
