EU lifts sanctions on Iran’s Shipping Line

Managing-Director of the Islamic Republic of Iran Shipping Lines (IRISL) Mohammad Hossein Dajmar announced the EU has issued a sentence easing sanctions on the country’s shipping industry.

TEHRAN (Asremrooz):“The EU voted for excluding Iran’s Shipping Lines from one of the sanctions imposed against the organization,” Dajmar told ISNA.

He said the sentence could be objected upon in two months, but it would be binding in case no objection is received against the verdict.

The sentence includes the Islamic Republic of Iran’s Shipping lines as well as 17 other affiliated companies.
